Medical Equipment Specialist
 

Provide patients, visitors and hospital employees with a safe, functional and pleasant environment consistent with the standards established by Sodexo Clinical Technology Management. Under minimal supervision, manage the distribution, inventory, tracking, assessment and repair of beds and stretchers.

Sterilizer Specialist
 

Provide specialized repair and maintenance services to sterilization, OR table, OR lighting equipment and technical field support to members within the specialty. Independently complete preventive maintenance, repair and safety testing of equipment without need of close supervision.

Imaging Service Technician
 

Inspect, repair, maintain and calibrate all types of basic diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment, devices, systems and instruments. Regularly interact with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development.

BMET
 

Inspect, repair, maintain and calibrate all types of basic clinical equipment, devices, systems and instruments. Regularly interact with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development.

Unit Leadership Opportunities

Site Supervisor
 

A lead role in operation and management of smaller (and often remote) operations. Inspect, repair, maintain and calibrate all types of clinical equipment and systems. Interact on a routine basis with hospital management and other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development. Provide administrative, fiscal and technical management of the operation, along with supervision and training to the assigned staff.

General Manager
 

Provide overall management and supervision of the assigned account, assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission, vision, values and goals of Sodexo Clinical Technology Management (CTM) will be accomplished. Integrate fully within the host facility's management team and organizational structure, executing all duties and assignments in manner that meets or exceeds the client's expectations.

Field Service Manager
 

Working under limited supervision, manage all facets of field operations from a depot or modality-specific level. Provide administrative, fiscal and technical management of the operation and supervision and training to the assigned staff. Interact on a routine basis with customers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development. The Field Service Manager possesses significant ability in the life cycle management of sophisticated clinical inventory devices and systems, including specific modalities such as anesthesia, sterilization and medical imaging.

Program Implementation Manager
 

Provide management and supervision of the assigned Start-Up Teams. Responsible for all aspects of the new account start-up phase, ensuring all aspects of the Sodexo Clinical Technology Management program are correctly established, set up and implemented. This position may be required to perform duties in the capacity of Interim GM, CTM, temporary support assignments such as pre-sales inventory and survey, assistance and support to District Management.

Regional Leadership Opportunities

Director, Clinical Engineering
 

Provide national support for Clinical Engineering program operations. Possess a strong, working knowledge of medical devices and the ability to manipulate data to satisfy the need for trade name and device code development, inventory standardization, costing and other related changes in our business. In addition, have a solid understanding and interpretation of all regulatory requirements from a medical device management and maintenance standpoint.

Director, Program Development
 

Support District Managers and Sales Directors with device coding of medical equipment inventories, site surveys, costing and proposal preparation, service strategy and service delivery planning, and client sales presentations. Coordination of resources to ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth.

District Manager
 

Serve as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area, including financial performance, client retention and employee training and development.

Program Implementation Manager
 

Provide overall management and supervision of Start-Up Teams nationally and support other accounts as needed. Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, relationship development and CTM technical abilities are necessary for success. Extensive travel is required.

Director, Field Services
 

Oversee and guide the operations of the service center to ensure the proper administrative support for all departments. Oversee customer service and help grow the field service operations.

Senior Leadership Opportunities

Regional Vice President
 

Provide leadership and direction for all business aspects within the assigned Regional segment, including account operations, growth and retention; District Manager development and training; and financial growth and accountability. Provide a major focus for client relationship management, business retention and new business development. Also has responsibility for directing the efforts of all District Managers with a primary focus on growth and customer/client engagement.

Senior Vice President
 

Provide leadership and direction for all business aspects on a national basis, including account operations, growth and retention; Senior Leadership development and training; and financial growth and accountability. Lead the performance management process for Clinical Technology Services that measure and evaluate progress against goals for the organization; ensure all operating systems are implemented and driving results. Provide a major focus for client relationship management, business retention and new business development.
